The range of classes at MAD fitness are designed to build strength, burn fat and transform your body and mind to levels it has never reached before.

Suitable for all fitness abilities, give your all in every class and feel yourself improving week on week. We bring central London style classes to your local area. And the glowing, multi-coloured studio lights create a cool vibe you’ll struggle to find anywhere else!

We provide a bespoke and fully equipped studio. Our fully qualified personal trainers are here to help you achieve your personal goals, whether these be aesthetics, strength or performance.

We understand how unique all our clients are, therefore we tailor all of our training sessions to suit your individual requirements and are here to listen and support you all the way through your fitness journey.

BOX

Our Box class is a workout that integrates elements of mixed martial arts, boxing and self defence that everyone can do. By mimicking combat skilled, you’ll tap into some deep cardiovascular reserves and be left in fighting shape!

BATTLE

Battle is one of the M.A.D signature classes and is renowned for making our members more determined than ever! With this circuit style class, you’ll be challenged in every way possible. We want to unleash the inner functional athlete in you, combining cardio movements, functional resistance and bodyweight training.

LOWER BODY STRENGTH

In this lower body focused resistance class, you’ll leave feeling stronger than ever. This class is designed to build strength, power and endurance through all the muscles in the lower body. In this class we slow down the tempo and really focus on form, technique and control.

STRENGTH

In our strength classes, we shift our focus to building muscular strength and endurance. In this dynamic workout, we focus on a variety of different tempos and resistances to challenge your body upper, lower and core muscles. The goal is to keep the body guessing and encourage progressive overload. 

COMBAT

With this fast-moving, constantly changing, fat-burning workout, you’ll be pushed to new levels. Our combat classes build both endurance and power through a wide range of movements. Combat is not just about building a lean and sculpted body, it also challenging your mind and coordination!

CORE

Core stability and strength is such an important factor when it comes to training. With this lower impact class, you’ll be able to really focus on strengthening all the muscles of the core. In these classes we focus on stability, control and technique , helping you to build your abdominal muscles.

HIIT/ CORE

With a similar style of training to our full body HIIT classes, HIIT/ CORE is designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness but has a primary focus on building core strength throughout it. Full body cardio movements come together with elements of core strengthening to make this a dynamic and exciting session that will keep you guessing.

FULL BODY HIIT

In this full body HIIT class, you’ll be pushed to your absolute limit, both mentally and physically. With this interval style training, you’ll be able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic systems! This will result in fat burning and muscle building. In these classes we focus on plyometric movements, timing and tempo. Putting your stamina and endurance to the test,  these high energy sessions will leave you feeling more motivated and determined than ever.

CIRCUITS

Our Saturday circuit class is definitely not one to be missed! This workout combines the best of strength, cardio, agility, speed and power all together to set you up for an amazing weekend! With this constantly changing workout, you’ll be pushed to your limits.
